Married 26 plus years, three daughters. Enjoy numerous sport activities, camping, hiking. Hobbies include Jeep trail riding in BLM or Forest Service lands .

Swam competitively from age 10 in Abilene, Texas

Matt Elliott is in his first season as the graduate assistant swim coach.  Matt is a former All-State swimmer from Pecos, Texas.  He swam for UTPB before transferring to Tarleton State University where he received a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology Fitness Management. 

Matt remains on the UTPB All-Time Top Ten Times list in the 500 Free, 1000 Free and 1,650 Free. 

Matt is currently pursuing his Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology.
