Reporting Violations and Grievances

The process for reporting violations appears below. It also appears in our Student-Athlete Handbook.

Investigating and reporting infractions

It is expected that all associated with the UTPB Athletic Program shall act with integrity and within generally accepted standards of behavior.

If anyone engages in any illegal or immoral behavior, the behavior should be reported to the Athletics Compliance Officer as soon as possible.

Examples of immoral/illegal behavior that should be reported include, but are not limited to:

· violation of state law

· violation of federal law

· violation of NCAA rules and regulations

· theft

· drug and Alcohol Use on trips or campus

· sexual harassment

· abuse of any kind

· academic dishonesty
